These terms govern the use of Salinha (salinha.live), provided by Fystec (Samuel Nogueira Gomes, MEI (Brazilian individual microentrepreneur), CNPJ (Brazilian business tax ID) 62.791.129/0001-12), headquartered at Rua Adamir Gonçalves Chaves, 53 — Cidade Nova, Patos de Minas/MG, CEP 38706-422, Brazil. By creating an account or using Salinha, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. What Salinha is

Salinha is an app for voice chat, messaging and screen sharing with friends in private rooms of up to 12 people: each person’s own salinha (which only their friends, or only the people they allow, can join) and group voice channels (only for members with access). Communication happens directly between devices (peer-to-peer); our server only helps people in the same room find each other.

2. Account and plans

• You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for the use of your account. Each person must have only one account.
• Welcome: every new account starts with 30 days of Salinha+, with all features and customizations unlocked. After that, the account remains free on Salinha Free.
• Salinha Free (free, no time limit): after the trial, the account keeps voice chat, messages, groups, calls, profile picture and cover (still images), sharing your own screen at any resolution and frame rate available in the app, and the ability to watch other people’s screens and the videos they play. Playing on your PC remotely, letting other people play on your PC, playing videos and music for the group (Watch YouTube together) and changing the theme are available with Salinha Pass or Salinha+.
• Salinha Pass (invites): each friend who creates a new account through your invite link or code and takes part in at least 10 minutes of voice chat with someone gives you +30 days of Salinha Pass, with no limit on invites: the features above are unlocked, without the Salinha+ customizations. The days are added to the period you already have. Fake or duplicate accounts, or accounts created only to earn days, do not count, and we may remove days obtained this way.
• Partner codes: some content creators have codes that give more trial days (for example, 60). Partner days count as Salinha Pass. Each account may use only one code (invite or partner), within the first week after sign-up.
• Founders: accounts that were already founders keep full access and Salinha+ indefinitely, for as long as Salinha exists and the account remains active. We may open new founder spots in promotional campaigns, always with the number of spots and the rules announced in advance.
• Salinha+: costs R$ 3,00 per year and includes all features unlocked during the year, plus customizations (animated GIF profile picture and cover, name color, a badge for years of support and an animated GIF group icon). If the price changes, we will let you know in advance, and the change does not affect a period already paid for.
• Gifts: you can pay for one year of Salinha+ for friends. The friend who receives the gift gets the period normally and is told who gave it.
• Salinha Turbo (per group): costs R$ 3.00 per month on the website and the PC app (packs of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, no bulk discount) and R$ 3.45 per month on Google Play in Brazil, which keeps part of the price (in other countries, the price shown by Google Play in the local currency applies). It unlocks group customization (cover, icon, theme, font and welcome message) and beta features such as Table Mode for the whole group. Any member can pay, and months from several people add up (up to 13 months ahead). The 12-month pack gives the buyer 1 year of Salinha+; buyers who already have Salinha+ get the level 10 badge until their current Salinha+ ends instead. Each person gets 30 free days of Turbo only once, valid for the groups they created (when creating their first group, or at launch for people who already had groups). When Turbo ends, the customization is kept for 15 days and then deleted; beta features may change or be removed. Turbo does not include Salinha+ (except the 12-month pack), and Salinha+ does not include Turbo.

3. Payment and right of withdrawal

Salinha+ is paid once via Pix (Brazil’s instant payment system) or card, on InfinitePay’s secure page, and is valid for 365 days from confirmation (if you renew before it ends, the new year is added to the time remaining). There is no automatic billing: to continue after one year, just pay again. You may withdraw within 7 days after payment and get your money back, under art. 49 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code) — just write to us at the contact below. For gifts, the refund request must be made by the person who paid.

Salinha Turbo follows the same rules: a one-time payment per pack, no automatic renewal, and 7 days to withdraw with a refund (art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code). On Google Play, payment and refunds also follow Google Play’s rules. Images uploaded for group customization follow the usage rules below and may be removed by moderation.

4. Permitted use

You are solely responsible for what you say, write and share in the rooms. You may not use Salinha to:

• share illegal content, including any content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children and adolescents, or approach minors with sexual intent;
• encourage, teach or broadcast self-harm, suicide, abuse or violence against people or animals;
• harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against or expose other people, including sharing intimate images without consent;
• infringe copyrights or third-party rights, or commit fraud and scams, including sending viruses, malware or fake links, and asking for remote control of computers while pretending to be “support”;
• attempt to break into, overload, copy or bypass the access controls of the service.

4.1. Reports, moderation and cooperation with authorities

• Anyone can report messages, people and groups and block anyone they want (see the Safety Center). Along with the report, the person reporting can send the messages from the conversation as evidence.
• People without an account can also report, through the form in the Safety Center or by the email below.
• We review reports and may, depending on severity: issue a warning, remove the person from groups, close groups and suspend or ban accounts — including preventing the same Google account from creating another account. When we suspend an account, we also end its calls, direct connections and remote controls in the official apps. Cases involving children and adolescents or a risk to life take priority.
• Content that appears to involve the exploitation, sexual abuse, abduction or grooming of children and adolescents, when it comes to our attention, will be reported to the competent authorities, as required by the Estatuto Digital da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA Digital, Brazil’s Digital Statute of Children and Adolescents — Law No. 15.211/2025).
• We comply with court orders and valid legal requests and preserve the data we have when the law requires it (see the Privacy Policy).
• Anyone whose account has been suspended can request a review by the email below.

5. Peer-to-peer nature

Because the content of calls and messages is neither kept on our server nor recorded, we have no way to moderate, recover or provide copies of conversations, screens or messages — except what someone sends us in a report. In voice rooms and calls, and in the group messaging network, your IP address may be visible to the other participants, as in any peer-to-peer connection. Only join rooms with people you trust.

6. Intellectual property

The app, the code (of the website, the server and the PC and Android apps), the name and the Salinha brand, the logo, the drawings and the visual design are the property of Fystec and are protected by Brazil’s Software Law (Law No. 9.609/1998), Copyright Law (Law No. 9.610/1998) and Industrial Property Law (Law No. 9.279/1996). Using Salinha does not transfer any of these rights. Without written authorization, you may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, redistribute or create derivative services from the app, its code or its communication with the server, nor use Salinha’s server with unofficial apps or bypass the limits of each plan.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep Salinha running well, but the service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Call quality depends on each participant’s internet connection and devices.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fystec is not responsible for content exchanged between users or for damage caused by third parties or by internet failures. Nothing in these terms limits the rights guaranteed by the Código de Defesa do Consumidor.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the sign-in screen (“delete my account”).

10. Changes

We may update these terms. When a change is significant, we will let you know in the app before it takes effect.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
